The conference will be organized by The Yunnan University, The Institute of Intelligent Machines, The University of Science & Technology of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences as well as The Queen's University Belfast, UK, and technically co-sponsored by The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and The International Neural Network Society, and financially supported by The National Science Foundation of China. The theme for this conference is Emerging Intelligent Computing Technology and Applications. Only original high quality papers related to this theme are especially solicited, including theories, methodologies, and applications in science and technology. Topics covering industrial issues/applications and academic research into intelligent computing will are welcome. The conference proceedings will be published in Lecture Notes in Computer Sciences (LNCS)/Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence(LNAI) by Springer. All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance and clarity, only papers presenting novel research results or successful innovative applications are seriously considered for publication.
