Registration Fees

All attendees for ICIC 2005 are kindly requested to register. One author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by May 31, 2005! Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the Proceedings.

PDF Version and Word Version of the Registration form

1. The registration fee includes all technical sessions, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, meals, banquet, exhibitions and 1 copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, and 1 copy of LNCS hard proceedings (only for those authors who have papers accepted into LNCS publication), and partially imburse the tours to Mount HuangShan or Mount Jiuhua.
2. All registration fee will not include the bank transfer fees for your local bank and china bank.
3. As soon as the registration is done, No refunds are available

Reminder:

1. Please make a note of "ICIC2005" plus your paper ID number on the transfer form when you are paying for a dedicated registration fee for a paper to be published in the ICIC2005 proceedings.
2. Please mark "Order ICIC2005 LNCS Hard Proceedings" or "Order ICIC2005 CD-ROM Proceedings" on the transfer form when you are wanting to purchase additional proceedings.
3. Please EMAIL a scanned copy of your bank transfer form to icic2005@iim.ac.cn or FAX your bank transfer form to +86-0551-5592751. Also, please complete the registration form in PDF/ WORD format and email or fax it to us together with your bank transfer form.
